Client Acquisition and Project Cycle Process - What to expect as a 180 Degrees Consulting Client?

1. The first step is to fill out our application form listed as “Become a Client”

2. We will set up an introductory meeting with our Client Director(s) and/or President

3. This discussion will be based on how we can align our services with your business problems/needs

4. If both parties agree to work together, we will develop a project brief that outlines our focus areas for research and development support

5. Our consultants will get to work to develop ideas and formulate research over a 12-week project timeline.

6. All recommendations and research will be compiled into a final report that will be presented and handed off at the end of the cycle.
